曼恩斯特子公司与宇树科技签署战略合作协议

2024年12月20日，深圳市曼恩斯特科技股份有限公司子公司深圳市蓝方技术有限公司与杭州宇树科技有限公司（以下简称“宇树科技"）在杭州举行了战略合作签约仪式。

根据协议内容，双方将秉承互惠互利、诚实合作、共同发展的原则，在战略、研发、业务、渠道等方面建立战略合作，围绕机器人本体软硬件技术、机器人产业落地等领域开展合作。

未来，蓝方技术与宇树科技将并肩同行，为机器人产业发展贡献力量，为未来科技进步注入新活力。

On December 20, 2024, Shenzhen Manst Technology Co., Ltd.'s subsidiary, Shenzhen Lenfor Technology Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Unitree Robotics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Unitree”) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Hangzhou.

According to the agreement, both parties will adhere to the principles of mutual benefit, honest cooperation, and joint development. They will establish strategic collaboration in areas such as strategy, research and development, business, and channels, focusing on cooperation in robot hardware and software technology and the implementation of robotics in industrial applications.
