工作职责：
Job Descriptions
Act as regional financial reporting accountant and be involved in firm’s internationalization projects
Collaborate with other departments in setting up new offices across the regions
Financial accounts control for regional subsidiaries, help prepare/review respective regions regulatory reports
Monitor business on a daily basis, ensure completeness of all transactions, prepare journal entries, generate management and financial reports to management
Perform month-end and regular financial data analysis and reconciliations
Review monthly reporting to regulators and head office
Devise policies and procedures for business processes from financial control perspective
Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants
任职资格：
Skills and Abilities
3-5 years’ experience in Big 4 audit firms or related financial reporting function
In-depth understanding of the IFRS/HKFRS
Knowledge in BASEL is definitely an advantage
Experience in foreign investment banks/regional books booking is definitely a plus
Knowledge in securities broking business and financial products
Good numerical and analytical skills
Good interpersonal skills, and able to work independently
Good command of English and Mandarin
Qualifications
University graduate (major in accounting)
Qualified accountant under ACCA/HKICPA/other recognized accounting bodies is a plus

Financial Controller - FICC business(J17929)

工作职责：
Key Responsibilities
- Perform month-end activities, including journal postings, account reconciliations, balance sheet substantiation and analysis and month-end cut off control check
- Decompose the balance sheet for the business and review the month-end balance sheet reporting by internal deadlines
- Identify significant P&L related risk-based drivers, e.g., market changes, new and amended deals, reserves etc., for products, such as bonds, FX/IRS, TRS and other FICC derivatives
- Participate in ECL assessment for FICC bond portfolios and discuss with external auditors for any difference
- Streamline the future FRR reporting process under SFC type 11 OTCD regime and collaborate with other controller teams (such as Equities & WM)
- Participate in the development of credit risk based FRR methodology internally across different business units under SFC type 11 license
- Perform internal systems/UAT testing (FAAS) as well as management accounting database
- Involve in the completion of new product review and prepare weekly/monthly regulatory reports
任职资格：
Key Requirements
- University graduate in Accounting/Finance with 3-5 years relevant experiences
- Proficient knowledge of financial and accounting concepts as well as risk-based approaches under Basel framework
- Control focused, analytical, team oriented and attention to detail
- Self-driven with proven relationship management experiences
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written
- Strong excel skills with abilities to build and use spreadsheets
- CPA or CFA is preferred but not required
