旗开得胜！高能环境中标泰国生活垃圾焚烧发电项目

近日，高能环境控股孙公司北大年府清洁合资企业，正式收到泰国北大年府亚穆乡行政办公室出具的中标通知，确认公司为 “亚穆乡行政办公室（北大年府亚灵县）社区生活垃圾焚烧发电项目” 的中标单位，标志着高能环境在生活垃圾焚烧发电领域的海外拓展征程首战告捷。

该项目坐落于泰国北大年府亚灵县，将采用炉排式生活垃圾焚烧炉核心技术，日处理规模达500吨，同步配备高效合规的污染治理体系。项目总投资预计不超过19.5亿泰铢（约合人民币4.27亿元），是公司着力推进“出海”战略以来斩获的首个海外生活垃圾焚烧发电项目。这一成果充分印证了高能环境在生活垃圾焚烧发电领域集技术研发、设备制造、项目投资、工程建设、运营管理于一体的全产业链综合实力，为公司进一步拓展 “一带一路” 沿线国家相关业务筑牢信心根基。

Recently, Pattani Province Clean Joint Venture, a wholly-owned subsidiary of BGE Holdings, officially received the Notice of Award issued by the Yamu Subdistrict Administrative Office of Pattani Province, Thailand. The notice confirms the company as the winning bidder for the "Municipal Solid Waste Incineration and Power Generation Project of Yamu Subdistrict Administrative Office (Yaring District, Pattani Province)", marking that BGE has achieved a successful first victory in its overseas expansion journey in the field of municipal solid waste incineration and power generation.

The project is located in Yaring District, Pattani Province, Thailand. It will adopt the core technology of grate-type municipal solid waste incinerators, with a daily processing capacity of 500 tons, and be equipped with an efficient and compliant pollution control system. The total investment of the project is expected to not exceed 1.95 billion Thai Baht (equivalent to approximately RMB 427 million), making it the first overseas municipal solid waste incineration and power generation project secured by the company since vigorously advancing its "Going Global" strategy. This achievement fully demonstrates BGE's comprehensive strength in the entire industrial chain integrating technology R&D, equipment manufacturing, project investment, engineering construction, and operation management in the field of municipal solid waste incineration and power generation, laying a solid foundation for confidence for the company to further expand relevant businesses in countries along the "Belt and Road".

BGE has deeply focused on professional solutions for municipal solid waste treatment, building a comprehensive full-chain treatment system centered on "waste incineration coordinating with the harmless and resourceful disposal of sludge, food waste, and organic waste", supplemented by slag resource utilization, fly ash harmless treatment, leachate up-to-standard treatment, and flue gas advanced purification. To date, the company has constructed and operated more than ten industry benchmark waste incineration power plants in China, handling nearly 4 million tons of municipal solid waste annually and generating over 1.3 billion kilowatt-hours of electricity per year. It has successfully applied the "Industrial Brain for Waste Incineration" system in multiple projects, with data as the core driver for AI algorithm analysis, realizing intelligent equipment regulation and achieving the threefold benefits of improved power generation efficiency, reduced environmental pollution, and optimized operational costs. According to the public platform for automatic monitoring data of municipal solid waste incineration power plants under the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, BGE was the only enterprise in the entire industry in 2024 whose all municipal solid waste incineration power generation projects achieved 100% full-load operation for 8000 hours, and its waste incineration capacity utilization rate has remained among the top in China.
