Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. and its Board members undertake that theinformation disclosed herein is truthful, accurate and complete and does notcontain any false statement, misrepresentation or major omission.
Recently, Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “JMC” or the“Company”) received government incentives of RMB 150 million appropriated byNanchang Xiaolan Economic and Technological Development Zone. The aforesaidgovernment incentives are related to the Company's routine operating activities, but areunsustainable. In accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Standards forBusiness Enterprises No.16 - Government Incentives, the aforesaid governmentincentives are related to income and will be recorded into the profits and losses of theCompany in the first half of 2023.
