A-share securities account used for registering Hirisun shares andsubsequent stock trading matters.
Hangzhou Hirisun Technology Incorporated. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or"Hirisun") has obtained the
approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (No.2141[2025]CSRC Approval) in September 2025 for the share ex
change and absorption merger ofHangzhou Turbine Power Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "HTC") namely the re
latedparty transaction (hereinafter referred to as the "Transaction" or "the Share Exchange andAbsorption Merger"). On
February 2, 2026, the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Depositoryand Clearing Co., Ltd. completed the allocation o
f transfer registration restricted accounts fordomestic individual investors of the original HTC who either did not ha
ve an A-share securitiesaccount or did not correctly declare their A-share securities account, as well as for foreigni
nvestors engaging in domestic transactions and foreign investors not engaging in domestictransactions. The Company has
submitted an application for additional A-share shares to theShenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clear
ing Corporation Limited and is in theprocess of handling the share registration procedures. After the completion of th
is share exchangeand absorption merger, the total share capital of the Company is 1,516,604,765 shares. TheCompany's n
ewly added A-shares will be listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, with thesecurities abbreviated as "Hirisun" and the
stock code "300277".Due to the large number of original HTC B-share shareholders, the diversity of investor types,sec
urities accounts, and custodian units, as well as varying requirements from different brokeragefirms, some investors (
especially domestic individual investors without an A-share securitiesaccount or who have not correctly declared their
A-share securities account, foreign investorstrading domestically, and foreign investors not trading domestically, wh
ose transfer registrationaccounts are restricted and allocated by the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository a
ndClearing Corporation Limited) may still need to complete relevant procedures such as opening afund account before th
ey can carry out transactions or transfer custodian. To ensure that investorscan normally trade the newly issued share
s on the first day of listing, investors shall promptlycontact their custodian broker (or the Zhejiang branch of CITIC
